As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of quality, security, and compliance, November 2025 was observed as Quality and Information Security Month across all MYND locations: Reach Comercia, Plot 280, Noida, and Bangalore. The month featured a series of initiatives, awareness sessions, and engagement programs designed to enhance employee awareness on information security best practices, reinforce process excellence, and strengthen our overall compliance posture.

What We Covered

The month kicked off with an InfoSec presentation and leadership address at Reach Comercia, broadcast virtually to all offices. Over the following weeks, employees across all four locations participated in a range of activities designed to build awareness and celebrate quality excellence.

Awareness Sessions

InfoSec presentations, leadership addresses, and an overview of quality month objectives delivered through a mix of physical and virtual sessions.

Best Kaizen Project

Teams submitted their best process improvement projects, encouraging continuous improvement thinking and operational excellence across the organization.

Collage Making Contest

A creative contest focused on Data Privacy and Data Security themes, held physically across all four locations with teams of two.

Slogan Writing

An individual virtual contest encouraging employees to craft compelling slogans on information security and quality themes.

Security and Quality Quiz

Team-based quizzes covering information security, data privacy, and quality management, conducted at each location.

Prize Distribution

The month concluded with a closing leadership address and facilitation ceremony recognizing contest winners and outstanding contributions.
